Summer is coming and what way to better prepare for those hot summer days in your bikini and swim trunks then hitting a Challenge.

Join us as we participate in the Wodapalooza Transformation Challenge. A 60 day challenge to improve your fitness and health with workout guidance, nutrition tips and win big in the process.

Submit before pictures and after pictures and the top 10 picked will move into the open voting round and win big prizes.

Prize or no prize, this will be a motivating experience as many of us from the gym will participate and this will only encourage us to make healthier choices and work towards our goal! Only $25 to enter.

The box with the most people registered will also win 3 Assault Bikes for the gym. So spread the message to your friends and family and remember to type in CrossFit One Way when you register. Let’s go team!
