On your own: 3 Rounds

20 Akbs

20 Sit-ups

20 Cal Row

Single Arm KB Press (3×10)

Perform 3×10 each arm w/ a KB. If the KB weight seems heavy either deload or attempt a push press. Same weight across all sets.
