Hey One Way peeps. We are looking to extend our box schedule to Sunday morning. Our Sunday morning classes would be only Open Gym. Open Gym gives you the opportunity to hit any workouts you’ve missed during the week or an option to get in some extra training.

We want your feedback! What time in the morning would you like us to open the gym? 9am?, 10am?, 11am?
