Starting next Sunday, August 14th we open our Open Gym from 9am-11:30am every Sunday.
*Only open to members with the Unlimited Membership program.*

Wednesday- 7pm-8pm
Sunday- 9am- 11:30am (starting August 14th)

Back Squat (6×3 )

6 sets will go as follow. Base from your 1RM. Warm up then 3 reps at

70%,75%,80%,85%,85%,85%

Amrap Dubs

Scaled- 100m, Singles
Accumulate as many Dubs/Singles as you can before the 2min lapses. Then its off to the next round of 200m.
