Back Squat (6×3 )
6 sets will go as follow. Base from your 1RM. Warm up then 3 reps at
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Scaled- 100m, Singles
Accumulate as many Dubs/Singles as you can before the 2min lapses. Then its off to the next round of 200m.
