With a running clock. Start from 0:00-12:00 and complete as many reps as possible in each 2 min exercise. Repeat for 2 rounds. Continue from 12:00-24:00 with another 2 rounds of new exercises. Finish from 24:00-36:00 with your last set of exercises.

Scored- Combine all reps for final score.
