20 Dubs/9 Power Cleans

Follow same pattern until time runs out

Scaled: x2 Singles, 95/65
The workout goes as follows. Perform 10 Double Unders, then 3 Power Cleans. Perform 20 Double Unders, then 3 Power Cleans. Perform 30 Double Unders then 3 Power Cleans. Move into the next set but add 3 more power cleans for each sequence. Continue adding 3 Power Cleans in each set until time runs out.

Add combine reps of Dubs and Power Cleans for score.
