15 mins to Find your heaviest 1Rep thruster. Warm-up and gradually build up to your heavy weight.

20 Stoh 115/75
*Teammate must be in handstand hold
20 Back Squats 115/75
1 teammate must be in a handstand hold during Stoh. If partner falls down then you must stop Stoh. Begin Stoh once and only when teammate goes back to a handstand hold.
Only 1 teammate needs to make the 200m R**.
Break reps however you like with your teammate.
