30 Strict C2B Pullups

Scaled- Db/Kb use appropriate weight. Band Pullups/Ring Rows
Clock your time on wodify after the completion of your workout. With time remaining, do as many reps as possible starting from the beginning of the workout. Record your additional reps on the “Note” section on wodify.
