1 Hang Power Clean
Find a heavy weight to work with. Weight stays the same for all sets.

Rx’d if you complete every round under the 1 min time frame.

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 Sets

Amrap 5:

10 Kbs

20 Pullups

30 Dubs/70 Singles
Follow in order. Complete as many reps as possible in 5 mins. Repeat for a total of 3 sets.
