Tomorrow evening we will only have 5pm and 6pm classes.
Warm up in the bench. Then On 3,2,1 go, your team has the option to take as long as needed to find max. Once bench is done, finish Amrap with remaining time. Both workouts will be scored independently so strategize carefully for your workouts.

Each partner must find their heaviest Bench for 1 Rep. Score will be combined weight of each partners heaviest bench.
