Lets grab a Partner and work together at each station

5 stations/5 rounds

1:00 each station, 30 seconds rest between each station which will be used for transition

2:00 break after all 5 stations are completed

Station1-Partner Tire Flips w/In&Out Jumps

Station2-25m Sled Push, Partner A pushes the sled while partner B holds squat while holding a plate raise. 25/10

Station3- 25m Sled Rope Pull, Partner A pulls the sled while partner B holds a high plank.

Station 4- Synchronized Dubs/Singles

Station5- 200 m Sprint, Partner A sprints while Partner B holds KB
