Grab a Partner for these first two circuits

Metcon (No Measure)

Circuit A- 30/30- 3 rounds

Partner A at cone 1 – KB swings

Partner B at cone 2- Lateral hops

Once 30s starts both partners will start movements, once time expires partner A will sprint to tag partner B in which that person will sprint to other side. Rest 30S and resume.

Metcon (No Measure)

Circuit B- 3 rounds

Partner A -Plank lateral DB walk to cone and bear crawl DB drag back.

Partner B- Reverse Lunge w/ jump squat

Partner A will do first movement to the cone and tag partner B, while waiting partner B will be doing second movement. Once tag is made Partner A will do second movement while partner B does first movement.

Metcon (No Measure)

Circuit C- 40/20- 3-4 rounds

Jump Rope

Elevator climbers w/ knee to elbow

Plank rotations
