Scaled- 95/65

Rtg- 165/115
With you partner, complete as many reps as possible of clean and jerk. You may full clean or power clean and press overhead anyhow. One teammate at a time may move the barbell. Use 1 bar if your team is using the same weight.

Burpee over bar
With partner, complete as many reps as possible of Burpees over bar. Only 1 teammate at a time doing the movement. Alternate as you like.
