Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Team of 2

Amrap 30:

1 Parking lot lap

50- Wall Sit Cone Pass

40- Get Ups (deck squats)

30- Partner Burpees

20- Jump Overs

10- Prisoner sit and stand
Find a partner and complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 mins. Split reps however you like with partner. The run must be done together.
