Amrap 16:

10 Team Plank Pushup

200m Buddy Carry

20 Partner Situps

30 ATG Partner Squats
*Team Plank Pushup: One person holds a push up plank while the 2nd person puts feet on upper back to perform a declined pushup. Only 2nd person performs pushup while other holds plank. Cannot do pushup if partner is not in plank.

*Buddy Carry: Carry your partner for 200m. Alternate with partner however you like.

*ATG Partner Squats: While holding partners hands both must perform a ATG squat. Literally! Butt must touch floor in order to stand up. Partner Squats are done together. Both must squat 30 Reps simultaneously.
