This Saturday meet us at Coral Glades High School in Coral Springs. We are meeting at the Track. Starts at 9am!

50 Strict Hspu

*Penalty- 25 Air Squats

Scaled

100 Pushups

*Penalty- 25 Air Squats
Goal is to perform 50 Strict hspus for time. Everytime you fall back down you must perform 25 Air Squats before continuing. Workout is completed when 50 Strict Hspu are done.
