CrossFit One Way – CrossFit

This Thursday is our Army PT test. The test will be conducted in every class for Thursday. Regular schedule. The test will be a benchmark at One Way. It’s made for everyone at any level to measure their progression in our fitness program. Don’t miss it because this is our baseline test so you can build upon it as we move forward.

The test consist of
Pushups (2 min Amrap)
Situps (2 Min Amrap)
Pullups (Amrap until grip fails)
2 Mile Run


Metcon (No Measure)


KB, DB, Banded Swings

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Amrap 20:

100 Dubs/200 Singles

75 Sit ups

50 Shoulder raises

25 Burpees
