TABATA TUESDAY

Each Tabata circuit will be performed twice with 20s of work and 10s of rest for a total of 8 Rounds at a total of 4 breath taking minutes. After the two rounds of tabata has been completed go for a 200m run. Here we go!!!

Tabata 1

1. Single Leg Square Jumps

2. 1.5 Squats

3. Pike Shoulder Taps

4. Knee tuck Mt climber

REPEAT for another 4 rounds making eight rounds, Rest 2 minutes

200m Run

Tabata 2

1. Jump Rope singles

2. Pushup should taps

3. Pass Through Lunges

4. Alternating Leg Reverse Crunch

REPEAT for another 4 rounds making eight rounds, Rest 2 minutes

200m Run

Tabata 3

1. Bear Squares

2.Crab Toe Reaches

3. Plank Hold

4. Hollow Hold

5. Squat Iso Hold

6. Hand Release Pushups

7. Plank Superman

8. Seal jacks

200m Run
