1 Handed KB Clean and Press 53/35

Scaled- 35/25 or DB

Rtg- 70/53
Kettlebell does not need to touch the floor. It can be swing from under hips onto the shouler followed by a press anyway. DB must be from the ground.

Alternate hands as needed.
