Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Team of 2:

10 Min Amrap

Station 1- 200m Runs

**Rest 5 mins, then switch station.
2 Groups.

1st group at Station 1 performs as many 200m Runs as possible. One teammate at a time. May alternate however you like. Score= Amount of 200m Runs

*After 10 mins, there will be a 5 min intermission and groups will switch stations.

2nd group at Station 2 burns as many Calories as possible. Ine teammate at a time. May altersnte however you like. Score= Amount of Calories burn.

*Bike Calories will be multiplied by 2 for final score on wodify.

I.e- 10.Calroies on bike = 20 Calorie score

2 Groups.

1st group at Station 1 performs as many 200m Runs as possible. One teammate at a time. May alternate however you like. Score= Amount of 200m Runs

*After 10 mins, there will be a 5 min intermission and groups will switch stations.

2nd group at Station 2 burns as many Calories as possible. Ine teammate at a time. May altersnte however you like. Score= Amount of Calories burn.
