Upper/Lower Body Circuit

4 Rounds at 1:00 each movement with 30 seconds of rest

Blast off Pushup with Knee tuck to Plank Jack

Kneeling getup’s to squat to jump squat

Elbow to knee tuck crunch

Circuit B 4 Cycles (half mile total)

Group A Will hold a high or low plank, while group B goes out for a 200m run. Once every member comes back from the run, we will switch it up.

If time remains, lets find out how many AirSquats you can do in a tabata style workout to finish class.
