We are working with a partner to motivate each other. Both can work at the same time or One partner can work while one rests. Both partners have to do the 50 reps per movement.

50 Box Jumps

50 Jumping Pullups

50 American KBS

50 Walking Lunges

50 knee 2 Elbows

50 DB presses 20/15

50 Back extensions

50 Wall Ball Shots

50 Burpees

50 Dubs or 150 Singles
