Kettle to the Metal Circuit (No Measure)

Pull-up Work 4 Rounds of 30 seconds

Group A- Pull-up hold with slow negatives

Group B – Plate Pinch Grip

Circuit Style training 3-4 Rounds / 30s of work right into the next exercise. 1 minute break after completed

KB upper-body circuit (grab a pair of KB’s or DB’s)

KB Deadlift

KB double swings

KB curl and Press

KB Bent over Rows

KB lower-body circuit

KB single box step ups

KB sumo squat

KB lunges

KB squats

****after each completed round we will perform a 100m overhead kettle bell speed walk *****
