Walking Overhead Db Lunge 28ft

*10- 15- 20- 25- 30

*Burpees

Walking Overhead Db Lunge 28ft

Rtg- 80 lbs/ 50 lbs
Single arm overhead lunge. Lunge to one side of cone and perform the amount of burpees in that round. Then lunge again and return back to other cone.
