Station 1: 1 rope climb/ 3 rope pulls + 15 pushups

Station 2: 30s of lateral hop overs then 1:30 of KB upright row to goblet squat and press

Station 3: 10 DB renegade rows + 10 foot elevated floor press

Station 4: 4 tire flips + 10 step ups

StAtion 5: Heavy sled push and run
