50 weighted push-ups

50 burpees

50 seated shoulder press

50 goblet squats

50 renegade rows

**Relay style each partner runs 200m forward and backward twice, make sure there is a tag **

100 plank jacks

80 DB reverse walking lunges

60 Knee 2 Elbow or sit-ups

40 pull-ups or ring rows

20 hop over partner burpees

Buy out 200m farmers walk
