Tis the season of enjoying all the treats. Lets not let that stop us from being active and working hard to enjoy foods we enjoy.

400m run then:

3 rounds of 1:00 of work

(A1) 8 bear leg pass throughs + 8 KB upright rows + 8 KB swings

(A2) Arch Body position hold

400m run then :

3 rounds of 1:00 of work

(B1) 8 superman extensions with burpee, remainder of time opposite knee to elbow mountain climbers

(B2)hollow body hold

400m run then:

3 Rounds of 1:00 of work

(C1) 8 bicep curls while hold kb OH, the 8 kb OH presses while holding isolated curl, repeat other side

(C2) Plank Hold

400m run to finish the class
