Team of 2 throughout all Circuits, each person will be working and resting on their own as needed.

Circuit 1

10:00 for rounds and reps of

10 Cal AB

10 wall ball shots

Circuit 2

10:00 for Rounds and Reps

Sled push to median and back

12 DB squat and press

***pushing to each median will count as 1 rep*****

Circuit 3

10:00 for rounds and reps

250m Row

20 Plate ground to Overhead

***before starting each movement team has to perform synchronized 5 burpees***

10:00 for rounds and reps

10 box jumps + 1 rope climb \2rope pulls

8 slamball cleans + 10 slamball lunges
