Bench Press (5×10)

Find a medium weight that you can complete 10 reps with. Don’t make it to easy.

After every set, perform 10 Strict Pullups. Rest after every set.

50 Walking Lunges w/ Kb on shoulder 53/35

50 Sit ups

50 Dubs/100 Singles
