Tabata work consist of 8 short rounds of 20 seconds or work with 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes of work.

Rest period will be limited so we can get a good 2 full rounds of these 4 tabata circuits

Pushup /Stand/ Prisoner squat jumps

Bear shoulder and knee taps

TABATA 2

DB Ground to should stands

DB sumo jumps

TABATA 3

KB American Swings

KB Upright Rows

TABATA 4

Medball Flutters

Medball Situp Pass
