One Way Fitness – One Way Fit Camp

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

This workout is dedicated to everyone impacted by the recent tragedy here in our own backyard. The Crossfit community is known for offering comfort and comradery and bringing people together in times of need. May we workout today in honor of those who put their lives at risk for the safety of others and for those who suffer the loss of loved ones due to this unexpected event.

These movements are meant to be light and quick to build up intensity. Always remember proper form first.

17 Push Press

17 Ab Mat weighted sit-ups

17 Row for calories

17 Kettlebell Thrusters

17 Lunges (overhead DB)

17 Alternating arm KB swings

17 Non kipping pull-ups

17 Dips on bench
