Amrap Shoulder to overhead 135/95

12 Butterfly situps

6 Alternating pistols/Squat jumps

Scaled- 95/65

Rtg- 165/105
Goal: Complete as many reps as possible of shoulder to overhead. Everytime bar is dropped from the shoulder you must move to the next exercises in order to come back to the shoulder to overhead. Total reps of STOH for score.
