With a team of 2, complete in order for time:

200m Farmers Walk 53/35- 3 R

61 Db Clusters 50/35- 1 R

14 Wall Ball Shots 20/14- 9 R

61 Unbroken Dubs- 5 R

3- Wall Walks- 7 R
Break up reps with teammate. Follow this workout in order by completing each exercise for that round and moving to the next exercise. Keep this rotating cycle until all rounds from each exercise have been completed.

Example:

1st rotation-

EX1 – 1 round

EX2- 3 round

Ex3- 5 round

2nd rotation-

Ex2- 2 round

Ex3- 4 round

3rd rotation-

Ex2- 1 round

Ex3- 3 round

4th rotation

Ex3- 2 round

And so on…
