5 sets at 80% of your 1RM.

Do a 3 warm up sets then start the 5 set program at 80%.

Metcon (No Measure)

5 Round NOT FOR TIME:

25- Bench Press 95/65

5- Front Squat 185/115

Scaled- 65/45

Rtg- 135/95
Share bench. 2 bars will be used. One for bench, one for front squat.
