Circuit 2

(1)Db Clean and Press 50/35

(2)V Ups

(3)Hand Walks
Complete a full circuit for 3 Rounds. Each station is 2 Mins long. Rotate to the next station and complete another exercise for 2 Mins. After the circuit is completed for 3 Rounds move into the next circuit and complete another 3 Rounds. 3p second transition between stations.
