“How Many Perfect Pushups”

Complete as many pushups as possible in 20 mins:

(Counts towards the Pushup Challenge)

*Run 200m/Row 250 at every 10 Pushups. (Alternate run/row each time)

Rtg- DB Pushups (chest must tap floor)
Perfect technique.

Penalty- 5 extra burpees if caught getting sloppy on pushups (i.e. floor humps, worming)
