One Way Fitness – FitX Training

Sabrina’s going away workout. Sabrina has been a long time member for a few years. Since the first day we met her she’s always had that charismatic energy you see every day. Whether it’s her yelling at you to keep going, or loud grunts along with a sailor’s mouth as she pushes through her workouts. She’s had an amazing journey with us. So many personal records and one heck of an incredible transformation. She is always willing to learn and conquer her fears. She is relentless at what she does and if there is something she’s trying to accomplish she will literally stay at the gym 3 hours practicing it lol. We love you Sabrina, we are going to miss you. You wont be an everyday member anymore but you know our doors will always be open for you when you drop by. Now let’s get your workout on!
