Dubs x 10/Singles x 20

Db Deadlift (whole db to floor)

Db Hang Power Clean to overhead 50/35 (pair)

Scaled- find appropriate weight

Rtg- Sub Hpc w/:

Db burpee to HPC to overhead. Grab dumbbells, perform a burpee holding dumbells on floor (chest touches floor while holding dbs). Stand up with Dbs and perform Hpc to overhead
Jump rope is the first movement. Multiply 10 for Dubs and multiply by 20 if performing singles.
