10 KB or DB push-ups

10 KB or DB push press

50m ALT arm Farmer Carry to Cone, then repeat to starting point

Partner B then completes same movements

(1 round completed)

Sled and Bike

100 cal assault bike

Goal is to gather 100 total calories

Partner A will start at bike

Partner B will push sled

*** switch as needed until calories are met**
